Privacy Policy

Overview

ProofPack processes job details and evidence selected by the user to organize field work and generate requested client reports.

This policy applies to the ProofPack mobile application and its related support services.

Sources and permissions

Most information is provided directly by you or created as you use the app. Device, diagnostic, and transaction information may come from your device, Apple, Google, or the service providers used to operate the app.

Permission-controlled information is accessed only after you grant the relevant device permission. You can revoke a permission in system settings, although the related feature may stop working.

Information we process

• Business and technician profile details, client or job names, addresses, notes, status, and approval information.
• Photos, media metadata, timestamps, optional location, voice recordings or transcripts, and report captions.
• Purchase entitlement, device, diagnostics, security, and support information needed to operate the app.

How we use information

• Organize field evidence by job and phase.
• Transcribe chosen voice notes and generate requested branded reports.
• Provide storage, purchase validation, support, security, and reliability.

Sharing and service providers

• Speech, storage, cloud, document, and infrastructure providers needed for configured features.
• Apple and purchase-entitlement providers used for distribution and premium access.
• Recipients selected by the user when a report is shared.

We do not sell personal information. We do not permit service providers to use information for their own unrelated purposes.

International processing

Gamina and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information during those transfers.

Storage and retention

Jobs, evidence, and reports are retained until removed by the user or no longer needed to provide the configured storage feature. Security and transaction records may be kept longer where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

• Choose which photos, voice notes, location details, and client information to add.
• Review and edit evidence and captions before sharing a report.
• Delete jobs and evidence through the app or request provider-side deletion through support.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

Children

ProofPack is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Third-party services and links

The app may link to or interoperate with services controlled by other companies. Their privacy practices apply to information they collect independently, so review their notices and controls before using those services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
